The Client
Since 1993, Tee Time Promos has been a full service provider of customized apparel, accessories,
and corporate golf incentives. Their aim is to be the "one stop shop" for corporate identity
products.
The Situation
Tee Time Promos was looking to expand their business and clientele while also increasing customer
service and loyalty. They came to Netimage Media looking for a solution that would be as cost
effective as possible but still very effective.

The Solution
Netimage Media conducted research on the competition that Tee Time Promos faced in their industry.
The goals of this research included accurately assessing the Tee Time Promos market position,
identifying their nearest competitors, highlighting the positive and negative aspects of their
competitors, and identifying the available opportunities for increasing market position.
From this research, Netimage Media recommended the development of an online web presence for Tee
Time Promos. The resulting website had features that were designed to increase business while also
retaining customers.
The site itself presents the types of products that Tee Time Promos is able to supply to their
customers. A unique 'size guide' system is implemented for all clothing products. Users must
register in order to be able to purchase products from the site. Registration provides Tee Time
Promos with relevant information about their customer, as well as allowing them to compile a user
list for news and updates and entering the customer into a rewards program.
Because of the type of business Tee Time Promos is involved in, a standard e-commerce system could
not be integrated for the purchasing of products. The products that are sold have to be custom
made and are based on the individual needs of each customer. Therefore, the customer cannot just
choose an item and then pay for it online. To adapt to this unique situation, Netimage Media
implemented a system whereby the customer is treated to the familiar shopping cart in order to
select the types of products they would want. However, at time of checkout, they are presented
with the kinds of information that Tee Time Promos requires in order to provide them with a
customized quote. This information is gathered, matched to the individual's membership
information, and sent to Tee Time Promos. They are they able to review the information submitted,
types of products needed, and get back to the customer with a custom quote, all within a very
short time span.
The Result
Netimage Media's solution proved to be a great success. The unique purchasing system allowed Tee
Time to have a site that is easy to use and mimic the traditional shopping cart systems that users
are used to, while also addressing the unique needs of their business. Use of the website has
grown rapidly and Tee Time Promos now does a significant amount of business due to quote requests
from their website, they have a sizable list of repeat online customers, and customers always
compliment on the attractive and professional image that the site portrays.
