Challenge
Mercurial decided to relaunch its own corporate website, the marketing consultants in charge made the recommendations for a better system to manage communications initiatives. Mercurial did not have a content management system and the website was one of their key marketing communications vehicle. Due to the number of steps and people involved in the process, small changes could take a number of days. In the technology field this delay could cause a negative impact in business decisions.

Solution
